The Executive Consultant (Program Evaluation Lead) will develop and implement evaluation and data collection strategies, produce reports, analyze data, and ensure data integrity. The role includes training team members on evaluation processes, working with public health programs, and integrating evaluation results into quality improvement plans. Position: Executive Consultant Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Duration: 10/30/2024 - 06/30/2025 The person would be expected to be in the office one day a week, but negotiable. Key Responsibilities: Develop evaluation and data collection strategies. Produce reports, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate data collection. Lead quality improvement initiatives and training. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Manage evaluation tool implementation and reporting.

Qualifications: Master's in public health or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years in evaluation strategies and data analysis. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data platforms.
