About the Role This is an immediate-impact role designed for high-potential individuals who want to be fast-tracked into a strategic advisory career in marketing and business growth. You will begin by working alongside a Senior Strategist who will mentor and guide you toward managing your own portfolio of client engagements. You will learn how to operate within a system that leverages best-in-class SaaS platforms, data, and AI tools to drive resultsโwhile developing the skills required to operate independently.

Taking initiative and ownership of their work. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Client Support: Support and manage client engagements while assisting in developing and communicating marketing strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and help communicate the tangible value of our work to clients. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively. Tech Utilization: Leverage internal systems, SaaS platforms, and AI tools to support and drive client performance.
Professional Development: Continuously develop strategic, analytical, and communication skills to move toward independent portfolio management. Key Skills & Experience Experience: 3โ5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business, sales, or client-facing roles. Marketing Exposure: Demonstrated exposure to digital marketing channels including SEO, web, content, email, and social media.
Cognitive Ability: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a high level of curiosity. Execution: High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and act independently. Technical Comfort: Comfort learning and using new tools, systems, and AI platforms.
