Responsibilities The MEP Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes on ICI construction projects. Acting as the GC’s technical authority for building systems, the MEP Manager ensures MEP work is fully integrated with architectural and structural elements, delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, codes, and quality standards. This role is critical in managing trade contractors, resolving technical challenges, and supporting successful commissioning and turnover of complex building systems.
