Operations Manager – Help Lead One of Calgary’s Fast‑Growing Insurance Agencies We’re looking for a strong Operations Manager to help bring structure, accountability, and an exceptional client experience to our growing insurance agency in Calgary. This is not a “babysitting the office” role. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, team accountability, and creating an outstanding customer journey.
