Your main responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and translating financial process needs into functional specifications for the IT team. Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the ERP system to meet back-office operational and financial needs.

Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities and leveraging ERP functionalities to enhance financial workflows. Ensure system quality by developing and executing test plans, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating resolution with the IT team. Train and support end-users, create training materials, and provide continuous assistance to optimize ERP usage.

Provide application support for the ERP and connected systems, ensuring system performance and timely resolution of issues. Assist in project management for ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Maintain data integrity through data migration, validation, and quality control within the ERP system.

Your profile Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Overall experience: 5 to 10 years Relevant experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar ERP or financial systems role Fluent in English and French, spoken and written (required) Strong understanding of the ITIL framework Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP Comfortable working in a cross‑functional environment involving finance and IT * English is essential due to the shared service and to maintain an acceptable ratio among the incumbents of certain positions in order to ensure effective coordination and service offering within the organization.
