Job Overview Our utility client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to optimize process workflows for an Onboarding as a Service Program, including Cyber Security (IAM) for our utility client. Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton - Hybrid work model of 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. Must Haves 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the SDLC project delivery within energy and/or utilities environments Background in cybersecurity principles and IT governance for secure solution delivery Experience with Business Processes using tools like Microsoft Visio and Share Skills & Experience Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Share Process modeling and specifications Expertise in requirements analysis, elicitation, and documentation of complex systems Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Nice to Have: Experience with IAM systems and processes Service Additional Experience workflow and process familiarity Solid communication skills Responsibilities Define scope and gather requirements across onboarding and Service Now integration initiatives Maintain detailed technical and process documentation including diagrams and specifications Evaluate and improve analysis workflows to enhance project efficiency Align business requirements with cybersecurity and IT compliance standards Facilitate communication between developers, clients, and leadership teams Coordinate with data architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver secure solutions Manage and track requirements through the full project lifecycle ensuring timely updates and alignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
