Project Manager (JIRA Specialist)

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager (JIRA Specialist). The Project Manager will configure, maintain, and optimize JIRA projects, workflows, boards, and dashboards to support effective project tracking and delivery. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies Manage sprint planning, execution, tracking, and reporting in Jira Configure and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, filters, and reports Drive Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans Ensure accurate reporting of velocity, burndown, and release status Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders Maintain clear project documentation and status reporting Identify process improvements and optimize Agile delivery practices Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. 4–6 years of experience in Project Management / Agile Delivery roles Strong hands-on experience with Jira (advanced user level) Advanced Jira knowledge (workflows, automation, permissions) Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) preferred Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint-based delivery Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and delivery governance
