A Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you will enable the successful transition of the Engineer in Training (EIT) program into the Service Operations North America business unit while ensuring continuity and long-term sustainability. You will establish a strong governance framework with standardized processes, tools, and performance measures to drive consistency, quality, and scalability. By managing the full program lifecycle, you will deliver efficient execution and a structured, high-quality experience for participants.
As the central point of coordination, you will align stakeholders, mentors, and leadership through clear communication and reporting. Your contributions will transform the EIT program into a high-impact initiative that develops engineering talent and supports broader organizational goals. How You’ll Make an Impact Manage the full EIT program lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, planning, execution, and day-to-day program administration.
Lead program operations by coordinating scope, timelines, resources, and logistics to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance metrics, and standardized processes to drive consistency, accountability, and program effectiveness. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment, facilitate communication, and provide leadership with actionable insights and progress updates.
Mentor and support program participants and team members, promoting professional development, engagement, and continuous improvement. Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within a PMO structure.
Experience working in a technical, industrial, or engineering-focused organization is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently with stakeholder management, financial and risk management, and process improvement. Willing to travel 30% domestically.
