Job Title: Non-Mainstream DSP Buying Specialist / Media Buyer Location: (Mumbai or Remote) Experience: 3+ Years Department: Programmatic / Performance Marketing Job Summary :We are looking for a performance-driven Non-Mainstream DSP Buying Specialis t with 1โ2+ years of experienc e in programmatic media buying and traffic acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across leading DSP platforms and a strong understanding of POP, Push, Native, and Display traffic ecosystems. The role involves campaign execution, optimization, scaling profitable traffic sources, and maintaining strong relationships with supply and demand partners .
Key Responsibilitie s:Manage, launch, and optimize campaigns across major DSP platform s.Handle traffic buying acros s POP, Push, Native, Display, and XML fee d s.Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, CR, ROI, and revenue metric s.Identify profitable placements and scale high-performing traffic source s.Configure targeting, bid strategies, budgets, frequency caps, and optimization rule s.Work closely with business and account management teams to maximize campaign profitabilit y.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, targeting, and campaign strategie s.Monitor traffic quality and collaborate with partners on inventory improvement s.Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable report s.Stay updated with industry trends, DSP changes, and non-mainstream traffic opportunitie s. Required Skills & Experien ce:3+ years of experie nce in DSP buying / media buying / programmatic advertis i ng.Hands-on experience with major Non-Mainstream DSP platforms such as:ExoCl ickTrafficSt arsTrafficJu nkyJuicy AdsEroAdvertis ingAnd other similar DSPs/platfo rmsExperience buying and optimizi ng POP, Push, Native, and Display traf f ic.Strong understanding of campaign tracking platforms such as Voluum, Binom, RedTr ack, or similar too ls.Good knowledge of campaign optimization techniques and bid manageme nt.Familiarity with traffic quality analysis and fraud monitoring too ls.Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisio ns.Strong communication and coordination skil ls.
