As a strategic partner to the District Manager, you’ll help lead store operations, inspire teams, and drive results. What You’ll Be Working On Partnering with the District Manager to co‑lead daily operations, sales performance, team development, and guest experience. Sharing accountability for store results, including sales targets, productivity, and loss prevention.
Leading by example on the sales floor by delivering exceptionalguestservice and product knowledge. Taking ownership of assigned operational areas such as scheduling, merchandising, execution, training, or inventorymanagement. Providing leadership support to an additional store as needed, acting as a consistent leadership presence and operational partner.
Leading recruiting, onboarding, and coaching initiatives within your assigned scope. Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and store‑wide goals. Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing work environment.
Supporting performance conversations and development planning in partnership with the District Manager. The Physical Side of the Role Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt. Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
What Will Set You Up for Success 2‑5years of retail experience; minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity. A passionandpreviousexperience inhome décor,fashion retail, and creating memorableguestexperiences. Demonstrated success in driving sales and buildingguestloyalty.
Ability to lead teams to exceed all sales and profit goals. Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style. Experience with POS systems, visual merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. A hands‑on approach to leadership, you’re not afraid to jump in and work alongside your team. A solution focused mindset with the ability to see obstacles as opportunities.
