Compensation Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000. This range represents base salary for the role at Altus Group and is provided when local regulations require it. Actual offers may vary based on experience, market conditions, and other relevant factors.
The range does not include other forms of compensation such as bonuses, equity, benefits, or other incentives. Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations, you are hired as Manager / Senior Manager, Growth Operations. You will partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and executive leadership to drive key commercial initiatives, operational improvements, business growth programs, and strategic priorities from concept through execution.
Responsibilities You will act as a strategic operator and execution partner, helping drive initiatives that influence growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance globally while balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across multiple priorities and stakeholders. You will lead cross‑functional programs from idea through execution, bringing structure, momentum, accountability, and follow‑through while helping teams move quickly and effectively through transformation and evolving priorities. You will build and maintain operating mechanisms, dashboards, scorecards, project plans, and reporting processes that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, priorities, and key business outcomes.
You will help teams stay aligned and focused on execution by clarifying responsibilities, following through on commitments, identifying risks early, and ensuring initiatives remain on track in a fast‑moving environment. You will contribute to operational and organizational transformation initiatives, helping teams navigate evolving priorities, implement new ways of working, and improve how the business operates and scales. You will approach challenges with curiosity, critical thinking, and a solutions‑oriented mindset, helping identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and stronger business performance across the organization.
You will work to influence without direct authority, building trusted relationships across teams and functions, bringing people together around shared goals and driving outcomes through collaboration, communication, and strong stakeholder management skills. You will thrive in a setting where priorities evolve quickly, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution while bringing clarity, structure, and forward momentum to ambiguous situations. Qualifications Operational and strategic experience in business operations, growth operations, commercial strategy, program management, product operations, consulting with execution ownership or a similar function within a software, technology, data, or high‑growth environment.
Curiosity and commercial acumen: interest in how businesses grow, scale, and operate effectively, and the ability to connect operational execution to broader commercial and organizational goals. Adaptability: willingness to act without perfect structure, complete information, or constant direction; comfortable making decisions, asking thoughtful questions, and figuring things out while moving work forward. Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills: ability to synthesize information, articulate ideas clearly, and bring clarity to complex situations; thoughtful, analytical, and able to assess risks and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
