Role Description The Reservation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in athani, cochin. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing cab bookings, and confirming reservations through phone, email, and online channels. Day-to-day tasks include providing accurate trip information, explaining pricing and service options, updating booking records in the system, and coordinating with drivers and operations staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
The Reservation Executive will also assist in resolving customer issues, following up on pending reservations, and supporting sales initiatives by promoting relevant services and offers. The role requires consistent adherence to company procedures, timely communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships. Candidates should possess Reservations skills to manage bookings, schedule trips, and accurately update reservation systems. Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote services, explain offerings, and support conversion of inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support roles; basic computer proficiency; ability to work in shifts if required; and strong attention todetail are beneficial.
