Customer Care Executive Location: Ganesh Glory 11, Gota, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary : β‚Ή20,000 – β‚Ή25,000 per month Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, and phone calls. Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely resolutions. Resolve customer complaints, returns, replacements, refunds, and order-related issues. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases. Prepare basic Excel reports and maintain customer support records. Track all open customer cases until they are resolved. Deliver a professional and customer-first support experience. Requirements Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Comfortable handling customer support through calls, emails, and chat. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
