Operations Manager - Wellness Centre

We're looking for a dynamic Centre Head to lead the operations of a premium wellness centre in Kolkata . Budget : 1 lpa - 1.5 lpa per month Key Responsibilities: ✅ Drive centre operations and ensure operational excellence ✅ Achieve revenue and membership sales targets ✅ Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team ✅ Deliver an outstanding member experience and improve retention ✅ Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness consultants ✅ Manage centre budgets, inventory, vendors, and SOP compliance What We're Looking For: ✔ 10-12 years of experience in Centre/Clinic/Branch Operations ✔ Strong background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management ✔ Proven experience in team leadership and operational management ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Background: Candidates from Wellness, Interested candidate can drop there resume on monica@nexusconsulting.in
