Job Overview Department Manager – responsible for leading the department team, managing operations, and ensuring business objectives are met. Responsibilities Perform various management activities within the department. Define objectives and communicate expectations clearly to the team.

Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement. Manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity according to established standards. Ensure business readiness and adhere to departmental budgets.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of retail experience. High school diploma or college degree and management experience preferred. Experience as a department manager or strong desire to develop in a management role.
