Job Title Bilingual Provider Relations Representative Reason for Vacancy Replacement Work Arrangement Hybrid Department Provider Relations Pay Range $46,000 to $52,000. We provide Active Pharmacy® services to over 7 million Canadian patients and adjudicate more than 100 million pharmacy, dental and extended health claims annually. Job Summary Express Scripts Canada’s Provider Relations Department manages provider contracts, registers healthcare providers across Canada, maintains the ESC provider database, and communicates with these providers. This role will review network agreements for accuracy, update provider information, and ensure timely processing of modifications and terminations.

Key Responsibilities Support Provider Relations administrative tasks. Review and validate completed provider agreements, returning them to providers for corrections or additional information when required. Perform quality assurance checks on work to ensure departmental quality standards are met.

Accurately enter required agreement information for pharmacy, medical supplies, equipment, mental health care, vision care, and dental providers into the Express Scripts Canada system in a timely manner. Process and update provider modifications and terminations across all benefit areas accurately and within established timelines. Respond to inquiries from providers, associations, and software vendors in a professional, supportive, customer‑focused manner, in their preferred language.

Collaborate with team members and support additional team deliverables as needed. Contribute to upcoming project work and perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Post‑secondary school diploma or equivalent (required).

Basic proficiency in computer use and data entry. Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in an office and/or customer service environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Reader and Writer.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in electronic systems or databases. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team.

Flexibility to adapt to new situations and change. Ability to follow clear instructions, standard procedures, and established workflows. Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy for repetitive tasks.

Understanding of quality assurance principles and the delivery of service excellence. Initiative in learning processes, procedures, and benefit areas, with self‑motivation to grasp new concepts quickly. Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to shift priorities while working within established timelines.
