Job Title: Business Analyst - Asset Securitization Location: London/Knutsford Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) / Techno-Functional Analyst in Asset Securitization with strong emphasis on business analysis, data analysis, and financial products. Hybrid working The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements related to Asset Securitization Convert requirements into: Functional Specifications User Stories Process Flows Collaborate with IT teams for: Solution design Testing Implementation Support securitization deal execution through: Data validation Cash flow model validation Transaction structure analysis Analyse asset pools such as: Loans Mortgages Receivables Participate in: UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Defect tracking Production support Identify process improvement and automation opportunities Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams Business Analysis Requirement gathering BRD/FRD documentation User Story creation Process Mapping Stakeholder Management Financial Domain Cash Flow Analysis Asset-backed Securities Loan/Mortgage/Receivable products Testing & Delivery UAT execution Defect Management Production Support SDLC / Agile methodology Data Skills Data Validation Data Analysis Reporting and Reconciliation Good-to-Have Skills Understanding of Mortgage products Understanding of Loan products Understanding of Credit Card portfolios SQL Hadoop Cloud-based Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Disability Confident Employer Capgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government's Disability Confident scheme.
