What You'll Do Operational Leadership Lead daily facility operations to ensure contract compliance and exceptional service delivery.
Maximize customer satisfaction while achieving revenue, profitability, and performance objectives. Manage facility resources, equipment, vendors, and service providers to ensure operational excellence. Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Partner with customer organizations to understand evolving business priorities and operational needs. Increase customer loyalty through proactive communication and service excellence.
Serve as a trusted advisor on facilities-related initiatives and projects. Project & Program Management Lead and support account projects from planning through execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Implement ISS global and local standards, best practices, and innovative solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Share best practices and leverage innovation opportunities across the account. Support team development through coaching, training, and performance management. Promote the ISS Integrated Facility Services (IFS) model and operational excellence initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Risk Management, and Quality programs. Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and operational standards.
What You Bring Required Qualifications 4+ years of Facilities Management experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience supporting Pharma Manufacturing environments. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility service contracts. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
