In 2026 we are seeking experienced individuals across all sectors and we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with relevant experience in UK Government, Energy Transition and Utilities (ET&U), Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution (CPRD) and Financial Services (FS). This Includes Supporting Organisations To Identify and prioritise AI and data‑driven opportunities Embed automation and generative AI capabilities into digital products Deliver more intelligent, insight‑led user experiences Navigate emerging considerations such as data, ethics, and responsible use of AI Our Business Analysts play a key role in this by bridging business needs with technology and data, ensuring solutions deliver tangible value while remaining user‑focused. As An Agile Business Analyst You Will Help our clients understand and explore how, where and why to apply new digital and AI‑enabled technologies & platforms Advise, design and deliver excellent products and services for our clients to transform their businesses and deliver real value Play a pivotal role in end‑to‑end user centred design projects, working between design, product, development and test Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary Agile Scrum team, having responsibility for understanding user needs, working closely with our business partners, translating problems or requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria Be highly customer focused and responsible for building stakeholder relationships and using your analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills to help achieve the Scrum teams’ goals Your Profile Experience in user‑centred product or service development projects Experience working in a multi‑disciplinary Agile Scrum team, facilitating and supporting the end‑to‑end delivery from research and design through to development and testing Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards Ability to lead the translation of user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria Ability to be the intermediary between both business requirements and user needs, and between waterfall and Agile delivery Proficiency in the use of requirements capturing methodology toolsets e.g.
JIRA Experience in technical business analysis with a familiarity of architectural concepts such as microservices, APIs and cloud infrastructure Aptitude for building highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships, with the ability to manage conflict and influence key stakeholders Ability to support and lead scrum team activities and ceremonies to ensure delivery of team goals Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills Ideally, You Would Also Have Experience across different sectors, including Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products and Retail Experience supporting internal operations of the team through activities such as recruitment, client development, line management, delivering training and mentoring Certifications across Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User Centred Design etc. Awareness of emerging trends such as AI, automation and data‑driven product development Exposure to AI or Machine Learning use cases within digital or technology delivery Experience or interest in generative AI tools (e.g. copilots, automation, content or code generation) Familiarity with using AI tools to support analysis, documentation, or technical design Awareness of considerations such as AI ethics, governance, and responsible use What You’ll Love About Working Here You’ll gain exposure to high‑profile transformations and gain hands‑on exposure to leading technologies.
