Job Description
As a Support Manager, you will work closely with our operational teams to ensure our workforce is fully supported to achieve its potential. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape a positive, high-performing culture across dispersed teams. Responsibilities Supporting, leading, and developing teams to reach their full potential. Working collaboratively with operational teams to deliver high-quality services. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive working environment. Managing performance and encouraging continuous improvement. Adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Shift Schedule Three evening shifts per week, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Wednesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Saturday: A 6-hour shift to be worked flexibly between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
