Role Summary The Front Office Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression by providing exceptional reception and administrative support. The role requires excellent communication, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to efficiently manage front office operations while ensuring a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.

Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment. Guide visitors to meeting rooms and provide assistance as required. Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Provide administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, printing, documentation, and courier coordination. Possess a good understanding of the company's services, products, and facilities to effectively assist clients and visitors. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and front office standards. Desired Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Customer Service, or Hospitality.

Experience in corporate offices, financial institutions, business centres, or hospitality organizations will be preferred. Hospitality background is highly desirable. Knowledge of financial products and services will be considered an added advantage.
