Duty Manager

Somara Wellness is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Promote spa therapies, memberships, and wellness packages through effective suggestive selling.

Achieve daily sales and membership targets. Handle guest enquiries, appointments, and feedback professionally. Coordinate daily spa operations and support therapists to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and hospitality. Requirements Graduate or Intermediate (10+2). Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a spa, hotel, salon, wellness centre, or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell memberships and services. Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
