Project Manager Engineering

Project Manager Engineering We are looking for a Project Manager Engineering to support the management of our Engineering team projects, in a context of growth and increasing complexity (data engineering, infrastructure cloud, platform engineering, security & compliance). Under the supervision of our Technical Project Manager, you will ensure the coordination and operational follow-up of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between the different teams. Project Management & Delivery Coordinate the cross-functional engineering projects (data engineering, infrastructure cloud, platform, security & compliance) from start to finish.

Monitor the delivery: scope, timeline, dependencies, risks. Manage interdependencies between projects and propose priority arbitrations in coordination with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and management. Lead the standups and weekly cross-functional meetings to maintain alignment between teams.

Ensure reporting of progress, risks, and blockages to management. Coordination & Cross-Functionality Act as a liaison between business teams (Data, Economics, Sales) and technical teams (Data Ingestion, Engineering, Platform). Translate the management and leads roadmap into concrete execution plans: epics, milestones, dependencies.

Coordinate the follow-up and resolution of cross-functional bugs (data acquisition, smart data, pipelines) between the concerned teams. Ensure smooth communication and up-to-date information on the status of projects. Agile Methods & Project Management Tools Implement and enforce Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) on engineering projects.

Structure sprints and backlogs, then track progress using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Identify and remove blockages to ensure delivery on time. Participate in the organization of Agile rituals (planning, review, retrospective) and support leads in structuring their team rituals.

Quality, Security, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Monitor the progress of DORA and ISO 27001 projects in coordination with the Security Manager. Ensure that deliverables meet QuantCube's quality and security standards. Contribute to IT risk management and regulatory compliance documentation.

Lead change and support teams in adopting new solutions and practices. Capitalize on feedback and evolve project practices. Preferred Experience Experience & Posture Approximately 2 years of experience in IT / engineering project management (internship / apprenticeship / first experience included).

Strong interest in technology, data, and cloud infrastructure. Good ability to coordinate technical teams and bridge business and technical aspects. Sense of organization, rigor, and follow-up.

Ability to work collaboratively, with good interpersonal skills. Current level of English: written and spoken. Technical Skills & Methods Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, or equivalents. Understanding of data engineering, cloud, platform engineering (a plus). Notions in security, compliance (DORA, ISO 27001) are an asset, but not mandatory.
