Duty Manager

Duty Manager – Glasgow Giffnock FWC Permanent, Full time – 40 hours per week – Salary £28,038 per annum. We are looking for a passionate individual to deliver an exceptional fitness experience for our members. As a Duty Manager at our gym, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing the club during your shift. Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with members, foster happiness, and build strong relationships. Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.

Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits offered by Nuffield Health. Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively. Help achieve sales targets.

Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training on site to cover lifeguard breaks. Qualifications / Experience Demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. Excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
