Multi-Site Manager

Description Peabody Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi‑Site Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of properties in Roxbury, MA. Responsibilities The Multi‑Site Manager will direct all maintenance and site office staff within their portfolio, ensure each property is staffed with skilled personnel, prepare and monitor budgets, and process resident certification and recertification forms while maintaining compliance with budget constraints. Requirements Knowledgeable about affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, federally assisted, and all State and local housing regulations.

Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Solid administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident relations skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Self‑motivated, able to take initiative. Travel required. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of related property management and supervisory experience.

Extensive knowledge of Real Page OneSite and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Prior LIHTC experience required. Compensation and Benefits Peabody Properties offers a salary range of $85K – $95K, dependent on experience, property size, and budget.
