Job Description
Manager, Finance – Hybrid The Manager Finance supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. Responsibilities Provide financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations to achieve financial goals and budgetary targets. Deliver financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, and develop analytical reports to assist in process improvements and increasing efficiencies.
Act as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Develop financial plans and budgets and support month‑end review of financial statements. Manage finance staff.
Work in a hybrid model: four days a week onsite with candidates living within commutable distance of designated locations. Location Renton, WA Irvine, CA Anaheim, CA Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience. 6 years of finance-related supervisory role. 4 years of leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications upon hire.
Salary Range by Location California – Southern California (except Bakersfield): Min: $58.79, Max: $92.82 Washington – Western: Min: $58.79, Max: $92.82 Benefits Comprehensive health care benefits (medical, dental, vision).
