Seeking Department Managers with experience; a plus with McDonald's experience or fast food management experience. Competitive pay rate starting ranges based on experience. Sick days after 90 days.

Uniforms and advancement training to advance through the McDonald’s system. Other great benefits. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.

Some managers also lead Departments. Their responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their team and other managers. Guest Service Department Manager Responsibilities The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; sales promotions are executed properly; all service staff are trained in service procedures; and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.

Kitchen Department Manager Responsibilities The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality, fast food; food safety is maintained; food cost is controlled; and all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Manager Responsibilities The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. They also ensure crew starts their shift well, feel recognized, and remain motivated during their time at the restaurant.
