Our client, a leading organization in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting regional office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to facility oversight, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Site Manager Pay Rate: $30/hr Location: Houston, TX What's the Job? Support the Facilities Manager in delivering comprehensive property operations and maintenance services for assigned client portfolios Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and service quality Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety, compliance, and operational standards Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting financial needs Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and on-site stakeholders to enhance service delivery What's Needed? Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate or facilities management environment Experience managing multiple vendors and small capital projects Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects effectively What's in it for me?
