Role Description The Roofing Project Consultant & Estimator is a full-time, hybrid position based in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for managing roofing projects from lead generation through project completion.

The position combines roof inspections, estimating, customer relationship management, project oversight, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting residential roof inspections, identifying storm-related damage and roofing deficiencies, preparing detailed estimates and scopes of work, meeting directly with homeowners, presenting recommendations and solutions, and assisting customers throughout the decision-making process. The role also involves managing projects within JobNimbus, coordinating with crews, suppliers, and subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, performing quality control inspections, and ensuring projects are completed according to company standards.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with homeowners, evaluating roofing systems, explaining technical findings in a clear and professional manner, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in residential roofing, roofing estimating, roofing inspections, or roofing project management. Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, roofing components, and installation methods.

Ability to perform roof inspections and accurately identify damage, deficiencies, and repair needs. Experience preparing roofing estimates and scopes of work. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience working directly with homeowners. Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect roofs. Proficiency with technology, mobile applications, and project management software.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish. Experience using JobNimbus.

Experience working with insurance-related roofing claims. Knowledge of Houston roofing codes and weather-related damage patterns. Experience coordinating subcontractors and roofing crews.

Knowledge of asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile roofing, TPO, modified bitumen, and flat roofing systems. Success Profile The ideal candidate is: Self-motivated and results-driven. Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
