Below is the CRM Functional Consultant JD and request you to source profiles Job Description Resource shall have good hands on experience on MS Dynamics CRM with below capabilities. Conducting business User/Stakeholder workshops to elicit business requirements, understand the As-Is process and based on information gathered chart out the To-be process. Well versed with requirements gathering and analysis, preparing business requirement and functional specification documents, test plan and test cases, UAT, end user training and coordination between onshore/offshore teams and business users.
Resolve any conflict which might arise in understanding of what has been documented in all project related artefacts. Coordinate with technology teams to plan out resourcing, deliverables and timelines. Experience between 5 to 8 years with good communication skills, client facing capabilities with learning attitude and coordination with offshore/Onshore and external teams.
Skills Primary Skill category CRM: MSDCRM Configuration 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 Secondary Skill category Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance domains Experience of 10 15 years in IT, including at least 6 8 years in functional roles. At least 4 5 years on MSCRM (Version 2011/2013/ MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 versions) in the role of a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant. Should have executed at least two end-to-end projects in MSCRM, that include complex functionality, integrations with multiple systems and global user base.
Have demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, customer review and sign off. Extensive experience in conducting workshops, interacting with Senior Business users and IT Stakeholders. Should have experience working in Agile/iterative methodology.
Provide support and quality assurance for delivered Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Work with QA team lead to prepare test scenarios and test cases. Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
Enable preparation of training materials and work with customer side champions in conduct of end user training. Excellent communication and documentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
