Job description Client AnalystStaffline Ireland are recruiting for a Client Analyst behalf of a leading financial services company. This role sits at the forefront of our enquiry and onboarding process. The Client Analyst will be responsible for engaging with new prospects, conducting structured pre-screening and due-diligence assessments, and preparing cases for review by senior consultants.
The Client Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring each potential client is understood, qualified, and appropriately prepared before progressing to the strategy phase.4 DAY WEEK AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATIONARY PERIODResponsibilities:Confidently follow up with new enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.Conduct initial pre-screening calls to understand each client's situation, goals, and challenges.Explain the service offering clearly and professionally, addressing client questions where appropriate.Schedule appointments and consultation calls for clients with senior consultants.Carry out company's due-diligence process, gathering and documenting essential information to determine client suitability.Assess the viability of cases based on specific criteria and highlight key issues or risks.Prepare clear case summaries, briefs, and supporting notes for senior consultants.Ensure a high level of accuracy and completeness in all data collected.Ensure all client interactions, notes, and documents are accurately recorded in the CRM system.Maintain up-to-date, well-organised client records throughout the pre-engagement lifecycle.Monitor the CRM for new enquiries and ensure timely response and follow-up.Work closely with senior strategists and consultants to present qualified cases and discuss next steps.Provide context, supporting documentation, and insights to enable effective strategy development.Communicate outcomes of senior team discussions back to clients where appropriate.Track all active enquiries and prospects, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the qualification process.Provide regular updates on enquiry status, conversion trends, and due-diligence outcomes.Any other duties role may involve.Person Specification:Relevant experience to demonstrate financial acumenProficiency with CRM systemsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsAbility to analyse data and generate actionable insightsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutionsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growthThe RewardsThe successful Client Analyst will enjoy a competitive salary circa ยฃ28,000 - ยฃ32,000 depending on experience plus Bonus (OTE ยฃ40,000), Healthcare and Career Progression.LocationThe Client Analyst role will be based in Belfast.The Staffline Ireland Specialist Team is a dedicated division within Staffline Ireland, focused on providing Permanent, Contract & Temporary staffing solutions across; Construction, Engineering, Accountancy & Finance, Financial Services & Insurance, Health & Safety, HR, IT, Sales & Marketing, Senior Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain & Medical, Health & Social Care.
