Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of HVAC technicians and ensure they perform their duties to the highest standard. - Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. - Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and repaired correctly. - Create and maintain a positive working relationship with customers. - Develop and manage budgets for HVAC projects. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
