E-learning Developer

Founded in 1997, TrainingFolks’ mission is to build a higher performing workforce. We address our clients’ issues of urgency, capacity and capability. Description: The eLearning developer/programmer designs, develops, and deploys eLearning content based on storyboards.

Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora Inspire, Vyond, etc… Responsibilities: Leading learning team members to create e-learning modules from storyboard content Designing learning experiences through engaging interactivity and knowledge assessments. Publishing modules for various LMS platforms (configuration) Collaborating with development team to conduct quality control Modify media assets and imagery from source content to enhance their quality Focusing on a curriculum of modules Using client's methodologies, tools, templates Qualifications: More than four years of eLearning development experience Experience in development of multiple modules Experience developing modules with multiple authoring tools Must be well versed with Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise Application Details: Overall compensation for this role is positioned as ‘competitive’ and will vary depending on your level of experience, and number of years you have applied your skills.
