Job Title: Deputy Manager โ BTL Marketing Location: Howrah, West Bengal CTC: Up to โน10 LPA Experience: 5โ7 Years Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager โ BTL Marketing to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and store footfall through effective on-ground marketing initiatives. The role involves planning and executing BTL campaigns, managing store branding activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and analyzing campaign performance to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute BTL campaigns, store launches, festive promotions, and seasonal marketing activities. Organize activations, roadshows, corporate tie-ups, community events, and customer engagement programs. Ensure consistent in-store branding through POS materials, signages, hoardings, and display branding. Manage BTL agencies, vendors, printers, fabricators, and promotional staff. Track marketing budgets, campaign expenses, and ROI. Coordinate with Retail Operations, Sales, VM, and Digital Marketing teams for seamless execution. Monitor campaign effectiveness through store footfall, sales conversion, and customer engagement metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Lead and manage field teams, promoters, and BTL executives.
