Catering Account Manager – B&I/Government - London - £65k + package My client is looking for an energetic, financially astute, and driven Catering Account Manager, overseeing a multi-client portfolio, largely within London. The sites vary in size and style, with a real mix of hospitality, retail and staff feeding. There is a stable team in place, with this being a more strategic, overarching role.

More about the role: Oversee the performance of catering and hospitality services across your portfolio. Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve high standards and business objectives. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and industry regulations. Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation, and growth.

The Successful Candidate: Proven experience in contract catering, either B&I or Government services management. Strong commercial and financial management skills. Experienced in leading multi-site operations and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities. Strong understanding of food safety and compliance requirements.
