Architect

Job Title: Architect Location: Gurgaon Shift: US Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) Job Description We are hiring a skilled Architect to join our team in Gurgaon for the US Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural design, construction documentation, and coordination, with proficiency in industry-standard design software. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.

Prepare design development and working drawings. Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, codes, and quality standards.

Review and update drawings based on design revisions. Support project delivery from concept through construction documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory. 3–8 years of experience in architectural design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred). Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work in the US Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Preferred Skills Experience working on international projects is an advantage.

Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Important: This position is not for IT professionals or Software Engineers/Developers .
