The ideal candidate should possess strong client management skills, excellent project coordination abilities, and hands-on experience working with cross-functional digital teams This role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and internal teams while ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with high qualit y. Required Ski llsStrong understanding of website development lifecycle and project management methodologi es.Experience managing WordPress, Shopify, Custom PHP, Laravel, React, or other web development projec ts.Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skil ls.Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams effective ly.Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, SEO fundamentals, website hosting, domains, and CMS platfor ms.Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or simil ar.Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skil ls.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environme nt.Strong documentation and reporting skil ls.Preferred Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fie ld.Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile) is an added advanta ge.Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency or website development company is highly preferr ed.What We're Looking ForClient-focused and solution-oriented profession al.Excellent verbal and written communication skil ls.Strong leadership and coordination abiliti es.Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlin es.Proactive, accountable, and detail-orient ed.Willing to work from the office during the UK Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 A M).
