Project Manager — Enterprise Retail Technology Mumbai | On-site, 5 days | Full-time We're partnering with a 36-year-old market-leading Unified Commerce Software company whose platform powers 500+ brands across 24 countries — from POS and OMS to CRM, inventory, and omnichannel commerce. They're looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end implementation of their flagship retail platform for enterprise clients across South Asia and the Middle East. What you'll own: ▸ End-to-end delivery of retail platform implementations — on time, on budget, on quality ▸ Lead distributed implementation teams of 5–10 members ▸ Primary client interface — delivery AND commercial ownership ▸ Drive profitability through scope, resource, and risk management ▸ Coordinate go-lives across South Asia and Middle East (travel required) What you must bring: ✅ Experience in ERP or retail software implementation — end-to-end lifecycle ownership (not support) ✅ Strong knowledge of retail domain — POS, OMS, CRM, inventory, or omnichannel ✅ PM certification — PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent (mandatory) ✅ 8–15 years of experience | Mumbai-based (5-day WFO, non-negotiable)
