Role Description :- This is a full-time, on-site Ticketing (02 Positions) & Tour Consultant (02 Positions) role based in Chennai. The Ticketing & Tour Consultant will handle domestic and international flight bookings, manage reservations, and issue tickets accurately using relevant booking systems.

The role includes advising customers on routes, fares, schedules, and promotional offers, as well as building customized holiday packages with hotels, transfers, and tours. The consultant will respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online, ensuring timely support and clear communication. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve coordinating with airlines and other partners, processing changes or cancellations, managing payments, and maintaining up-to-date records of bookings and customer interactions.

Qualifications for Ticketing :- Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Reservations skills, including experience with airline booking systems and fare calculations. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain travel options clearly and interact professionally with diverse customers. Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, problem-solving ability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling tour packages, add-on services, and promotional offers in an ethical and customer-centric manner. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in travel agencies or tour operations, familiarity with international and domestic travel regulations, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. A relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with basic computer proficiency and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Self diciplined and obidient candidates only can apply Qualifications for Ticketing :- Minimum 1–2 Years in Domestic & International Tour Packages (Preferred) Freshers with Travel & Tourism Qualification may also apply. Assist clients in planning domestic and international holidays based on their budget, interests, and travel preferences. Design customized tour packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, cruises, and travel insurance.

Prepare and present travel quotations with detailed itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms. Handle tour bookings and reservations for hotels, flights, transport, attractions, and other travel services. Provide destination knowledge and travel advice, including visa requirements, weather, local customs, currency, and travel regulations.

Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients while maintaining excellent customer service. Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Handle customer concerns, itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency travel assistance promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales reports using CRM and reservation systems while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
