Position Client Servicing Manager Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4–7 Years (Luxury Hospitality, Client Relations, Premium Services, Events, Aviation, Hotels, or Relationship Management preferred) Joining: Immediate Compensation: As per industry standards The Role As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary relationship point between our Members and our Operations Team, ensuring every request is communicated with clarity, executed seamlessly, and delivered to the highest standards. You will take complete ownership of the client journey—from understanding member requirements and coordinating with internal teams to providing proactive updates and ensuring every experience exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, communicates with confidence, and has a natural ability to manage people, priorities, and premium service experiences.

Key Responsibilities · Act as the primary point of contact for Members across phone calls, email, and in-person interactions. · Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for the Operations Team. · Coordinate closely with Lifestyle Managers, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of every request. · Monitor the progress of ongoing requests and proactively keep Members informed at every stage. · Build long-term relationships through personalised, responsive, and thoughtful communication. · Ensure every client interaction reflects The Celestial’s standards of professionalism, discretion, and luxury hospitality. · Maintain accurate records of all client communications and request updates within the CRM. · Resolve concerns efficiently by collaborating with internal stakeholders and taking complete ownership until closure. · Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure Member satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience. · Support the onboarding of new Members by introducing them to The Celestial’s services and service philosophy. · Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications · 4–7 years of experience in Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Luxury Hospitality, Hotels, Aviation, Concierge, Premium Retail, or Events. · Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory. · Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills. · Strong coordination, planning, and multitasking abilities. · Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. · Ability to remain composed while managing multiple high-priority requests. · Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools. · Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow-through. · Professional telephone etiquette and business communication skills.
