Power Platform Developer (London - 2 days a week) Nigel Frank International are looking to speak with Power Platform Developers to take the lead in designing and delivering cutting-edge Power Platform solutions within a forward-thinking digital environment. This is a key role where you'll drive innovation, shape technical direction, and play a pivotal part in transforming business processes through modern technology. Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring best practice and high-quality standards Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, integrating with wider systems and optimising performance Provide technical leadership and mentorship, supporting developers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring governance, security, and compliance standards are embedded throughout delivery Skills/Experience - Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) Proven experience designing and delivering solutions within complex enterprise environments Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure and other enterprise systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor developers Benefits - Starting Salary - £70k - £78k Excellent Progression/Professional Development Opportunities Enhanced Pension Contributions, Life Assurance & More!
