Senior Analyst - Business Process Improvement

Lead process improvements as a Senior Business Analyst in a hybrid setting from Ottawa or Halifax. Engage in the AJISS program to implement LEAN methodologies for enhanced performance. This six-month contract is geared towards seasoned professionals adept in documenting and refining business processes.

You will function as a key player within the AJISS team, focusing on developing Value Stream Maps and refining areas for improvement. Your collaborative nature will foster innovation and address stakeholder challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Direct the Business Analysis team for AJISS initiatives • Refine processes based on user feedback and pain points • Conduct LEAN assessments to evaluate process maturity • Develop and advocate value propositions for projects • Interface with AJISS Team to communicate effectively with customers Requirements: • University degree in Business Administration or related discipline • 12+ years in business process documentation • At least 5 years leading Business Analysis in large projects • Background in Navy or Aviation maintenance desirable • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proven track record Utilize your extensive experience to significantly enhance processes within the AJISS program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
