Events Lifecycle Manager at Moby

Shape innovative events with Moby, based in the heart of Calgary. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on planning, managing, and executing a diverse range of events to support our telecommunications mission. As the Events Lifecycle Manager, you will oversee everything from initial event concept through to post-event analysis.

You'll identify new opportunities, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful experiences. Your leadership will be vital in enhancing Moby’s brand presence across Alberta and Canada. Key Responsibilities: • Own all facets of event management from inception to wrap-up • Research and maintain an event opportunity calendar • Coordinate with finance teams on vendor agreements • Analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement • Execute guerrilla marketing events that create buzz Requirements: • 3–5 years of event planning or coordination experience • Certification in Event Management or Marketing preferred • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Contribute to Moby's exciting journey by bringing your event expertise and creative flair to our dynamic team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
