Crushing & Screening Engineer – South West Job Title: Crushing & Screening Engineer Location: South West / Bristol area Salary: £38-45k basic + overtime + van + benefits Job Type: Permanent Human Engineering is recruiting for an experienced Crushing & Screening Engineer to work on specialist heavy mobile equipment across the South West. This is a strong opportunity for an engineer with experience working on crushers, screeners, quarry equipment, recycling equipment, conveyors, mobile plant or similar heavy machinery. The role would suit someone who enjoys field-based fault finding, site work and getting involved with machinery where mechanical, diesel and hydraulic knowledge genuinely matters.

The role will involve: Service, maintenance and repair of crushing and screening equipment Fault finding on hydraulic, mechanical, diesel and electrical systems Attending customer sites across the region Carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently Completing service reports and job paperwork We would like to speak with candidates from backgrounds such as: Crushing and Screening Engineer Quarry Plant Engineer Recycling Equipment Engineer Heavy Plant Engineer Mobile Plant Engineer Plant Fitter Field Service Engineer Diesel Fitter Hydraulic Engineer Ex-forces Heavy Equipment Engineer Relevant experience could include crushers, screeners, conveyors, quarry machinery, recycling equipment, mobile plant, excavators, loading shovels, material handlers, diesel engines, hydraulics and auto electrics. Experience with machinery from manufacturers such as Powerscreen, Finlay, Terex, Sandvik, Metso, Kleemann, McCloskey, Keestrack, Pegson or similar would be useful, but strong fault-finding ability is the key requirement.
