Our client is a highly respected practice firm, and this position will be based in the Belfast office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified accountant whos ready to take the next step in their career, taking more ownership and responsibility, working closely with the Senior management team. About the job: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.

Review statutory accounts, management accounts and tax-related work prior to final approval. Lead, mentor and support junior team members, overseeing workload allocation and professional development. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and resolving technical or complex queries.

Identify opportunities to provide additional value through advisory services, including business planning, forecasting and tax-related projects. Support a variety of business advisory and corporate finance engagements, including transactions, restructuring projects, fundraising and other ad hoc assignments. About you: ACA or ACCA qualified with at least three years' post-qualified experience within an accountancy practice.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Experience using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong general IT proficiency.

Previous experience leading or mentoring staff and managing team workflows. Commercially minded with the confidence to take ownership of client matters and make informed decisions.
