Office & Operations Manager Location: Old Street, London (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week) with regular travel to Bishop's Stortford Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + 10% Annual Bonus Great businesses don't just happen. What you'll be doing No two days are the same, but you'll be responsible for ensuring our London office operates to an exceptional standard. You'll: Take ownership of the day-to-day running of our London office Manage relationships with landlords, facilities providers and external suppliers Ensure meeting rooms, communal areas and office facilities are always ready for the day ahead Coordinate maintenance, repairs and workplace improvements Manage office supplies, equipment, deliveries and inventory Book travel, accommodation and logistics for employees Support leadership with meeting coordination and business administration Help organise company events, offsites and team celebrations Identify inefficient processes and implement smarter ways of working Be the first point of contact for office-related queries and ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally What we're looking for This role would suit someone who has experience as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Workplace Coordinator or Operations Coordinator.
