EchoPad AI is building AI-powered products for healthcare organizations, with a focus on behavioral health, clinical documentation, referral coordination, patient communication, and operational automation. Our goal is to help healthcare teams reduce manual work, improve documentation workflows, and operate more efficiently using practical AI solutions. About the Role We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Founder’s Office Intern – Growth & GTM to work closely with the founder on growing EchoPad AI. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to AI products, healthcare technology, startup growth, sales, marketing, customer research, and go-to-market execution. You will help us identify potential customers, understand the market, test growth ideas, support outreach campaigns, and learn how an early-stage AI product is taken to market. This is not a routine internship. You will work on real growth initiatives that can directly impact EchoPad AI’s customer pipeline and market visibility. What You Will Work On As a Founder’s Office Growth Intern, you may support projects such as: Researching healthcare organizations, behavioral health practices, clinics, and potential customers Identifying decision-makers such as operations leaders, clinical leaders, practice managers, IT leaders, and executives Building targeted lead lists using , websites, directories, and online research Supporting outbound campaigns through email, , and follow-ups Helping test messaging for different EchoPad AI products Researching competitors in AI scribe, healthcare documentation, referral management, and AI patient communication Tracking outreach, responses, meetings, and follow-up actions Supporting founder-led customer discovery and market research Helping prepare simple sales notes, product one-pagers, and GTM research summaries Finding relevant healthcare events, associations, communities, and partnership opportunities Working on weekly growth experiments to improve lead generation and customer acquisition Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Curious about AI, healthcare, startups, business growth, and technology Strong in communication and comfortable reaching out to people Good at research, organizing information, and following up Comfortable using , email, Google Sheets/Excel, and online tools Proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn by doing Interested in how AI products are sold to businesses Able to take ownership and work with limited supervision Excited to work directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment Good Backgrounds for This Role This role may be a strong fit for students or recent graduates from: MBA / BBA / Business Administration Marketing / Sales / Growth Healthcare Administration Life Sciences / Healthcare Management Engineering students interested in business or AI products Commerce / Management programs Any strong candidate who wants exposure to AI startup growth What You Will Learn During this internship, you will learn: How an AI healthcare product is taken to market Basics of go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS products Customer discovery and market research Lead generation and outbound growth Healthcare buyer personas and decision-making process Competitor analysis and product positioning Sales messaging and follow-up discipline How founders think about growth, revenue, and product-market fit What Success Looks Like A successful intern in this role will be someone who: Builds high-quality prospect and account lists Identifies useful healthcare customer segments Helps improve outreach and messaging Tracks growth activities clearly and consistently Follows up without repeated reminders Learns quickly from feedback Brings ideas, energy, and ownership to the role Helps EchoPad AI create more customer conversations Why Join EchoPad AI This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants direct exposure to AI, healthcare technology, startup growth, and founder-led business building.
