Job Description
Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Pune Exp: 5-6 yrs Job Description: 1. Ability to work cross functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and design to implement robust processes. 2. Support the daily shop floor personnel with technical solutions to efficiently resolve production challenges 3.
Create and update manufacturing procedures and technical documents WI/SJI/SOP. 4. Drive problem solving initiatives & challenge status QUO. 5. Design tooling and fixtures to enhance the manufacturing process and productivity. 6.
Support troubleshooting and updating of equipment for production. 7. Participates and contributes on Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control build plans. 8. Aptitude to read engineering drawing and create BOM and routing in SAP. 9.
Knowledge in SAP to raise purchase request, quality notification etc. 10. Implements process improvements by applying various engineering applications such as automation and simulation. 11. New Product Introduction (where applicable) 12.
Production and updating of fixtures & tool drawings using Catia/CAD
