DPDP Gap Analysis Consultant

Data RakshaQ, a product of CERF Solutions, is India's dedicated DPDP compliance product firm. As we scale our practice, we're looking for a sharp DPDP Gap Analysis Consultants ,DPO consultant, to lead end-to-end client engagements. About the role: ▸ Own gap analysis engagements from scoping through final report delivery ▸ Map personal data flows via stakeholder interviews across legal, IT, HR & ops ▸ Build Data Asset Registers and Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs) ▸ Assess client posture against the DPDP Act 2023 and identify compliance gaps ▸ Prepare risk-rated reports with actionable remediation roadmaps ▸ Present findings confidently to CXO and Board-level stakeholders ▸ Support consent frameworks, retention schedules, and breach playbooks What you bring: ▸ 2–12 years in privacy, compliance, legal, or information security consulting ▸ Professionals working as freelancers or consultants are also eligible to apply ▸ Strong knowledge of DPDP Act 2023, IT Act 2000 ▸ Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27701 Privacy Framework ▸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ▸ Certifications preferred: CIPP/A, CIPM, CDPO, ISO 27701 Lead Implementer What we offer: ▸ Competitive salary benchmarked against top consulting rates ▸ Sponsored certifications and continuous learning budget ▸ Direct mentorship from senior privacy leaders ▸ Fast-track growth in India's fastest-growing privacy practice area
