Partner with IT and external consultants on development, testing, and deployment of AI marketing tools. Translate business requirements and training content into technical specifications and user stories.

Lead process mapping and future‑state workflow design supported by AI capabilities. Manage UAT cycles, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and deployment readiness. Communications & Continuous Improvement Develop and manage internal communications, including newsletters, updates, and enablement materials.

Reinforce awareness, adoption, and usage of marketing tools and resources. Drive continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback, learner insights, and evolving business needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, commercial excellence, technology, or customer support (B2B industrial or specialty chemicals preferred).

Strong project management experience across cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder initiatives. Proven ability to translate business requirements into deliverables or technical specifications. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

High learning agility, curiosity, and growth mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), AI tools (Copilot, Claude, agents), and project management platforms. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of marketing processes (market segmentation, value proposition development, demand generation, brand management).

Experience supporting capability‑building initiatives (training programs, process improvement, maturity models). Experience developing training content and enablement materials. Familiarity with AI video platforms (e.g., Synthesia) or willingness to quickly build proficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
